    I find it an odd statement without elaborating as to what happened and I really think this should not have made it onto the daily newsfeed.

    On Tuesday June 25, beginning at approximately 12:12 PM CT, PureCloud users at my location, in the Americas region, could not login to PureCloud, and logged in users were kicked out of PureCloud sessions. Issue resolved around 12:40 PM CT.

    I have no idea what caused the outage, that is up to Genesys to provide.

    If I get it right that's an outage of what 28 minutes?  (12:12 PM CT - 12:40 PM CT) how does that account for 2.5 weeks?

    We have been on PureCloud for 2.5 weeks in production. It only took 2.5 weeks for our first outage. Nothing to celebrate really!
