Hello, I hope everyone is fine!!

I'm having a scenario where, using the postNotificationsChannelSubscriptions and putNotificationsChannelSubscriptions methods, after a while I receive a close event with different codes (1000, 1001, and others).

    I have some questions:

Should we just reconnect using the same data from the existing channel, or should we create a new connection by creating a new channel?
Is there a time limit on how long we should make a new connection?
Does Genesys close the socket connection due to timeout or inactivity?

    Hello,

According to the official Genesys Cloud documentation (https://developer.genesys.cloud/notificationsalerts/notifications/#usage-limitations), a notification channel remains active for up to 24 hours. After this period, you need to create a new channel and resubscribe to the topics. If the disconnection happens before the 24-hour limit, you can reconnect using the same channelId, as long as the channel is still valid. Genesys will also close the connection if another WebSocket connects using the same channel.

Hi Luiz obrigado for your comments, We have already reconnected using the same channel ID as the doc states, but for some reason the events are no longer sent by the Genesys API....
