Hi,
When we're receiving a call, the Purecloud plug-in in Salesforce forces all opened windows within Salesforce to be closed. A new tab in Salesforce is opened with all related information about the caller but in the previous tab (the tab that was opened before the call) the opened windows are closed without saving anything that was filled in. This is a huge drawback and we would like the opened windows within the Salesforce to keep on being opened when receiving a call.
Example below with a GIF file:
1. Working on a case with opened window within Salesforce.
2. Receiving a call, pop-up appears,
3. New tab in Salesforce is opened and contact found,
4. Case in progress window in previous tab is discarded and gone.
Is this something that can be fixed from the Purecloud side?
