    Hi

    Me and customer are trying to reset PureCloud password through 'forgot password', but when we insert the new password and click on 'Reset Password', nothing happens.

    Just a couple of clarification questions, if I may...

    1. Does the customer get an email with a link to reset the password?

    2. Is the organization set to use only Single Sign-On for authentication, and thus the standard user login with password won't work? I'm not sure what that looks like when you go through the Forgot Password sequence.

    Hi George,

    1 - Yes, after click on received link, enter request informations and click on reset password, nothing happens, neither page reaload or something like that.

    2 - No, they don't use single sing-on.

    I tested reset it with my own user, and I could still login with my older password.

    Check with your Organisation Admin to see what the password policy is ( Password length, Number of characters, letters, case etc) Purecloud is terrible at telling a user that the password they are entering doesnt match the Organisation policy

    Customer wasn't using password policy, it worked perfectly after use match all parameters.
