We are experiencing “lag” when we try to answer long e-mails. Every agent and location (we have 2 locations) experiences this. If the e-mail is short, PureCloud runs smoothly, but if the thread contains many other e-mail and/ or attachments, then everything slows way down.
When an agent tries to type an answer, the text he or she writes appears on the screen 2 to 3 seconds later. It is almost impossible to answer an e-mail sometimes.
The only fix is to turn the computer of and then on. But the problem comes back if the agent picks up another long e-mail.
What can be the issue here? Is it something with our internet connection or something in the PureCloud settings we need to tweak..?
