    I am looking for real world example of agent volumes supported by Purecloud.  Specifically interested to know anyone running 500 plus agents in one Purecloud organisation.

    We have many customers (10+) with over 500+ agents in production.

    For many enterprises with 500+ agents there are a variety of rollout approaches and the speed of the rollout is often limited by other business initiatives. I'm not considering any customers that will be at 500+ agents in a few months are going through a phased rollout.
