When configuring a phone trunk for VoIP phones Then UDP ports from 4000 to 65535 has to be accessible between the phone and the Edge. A port for the media stream is negotiated at the beginning of each call. (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-ports-services/)
In the Base settings, we can change the value of
RTP Audio Port Start Range (default value : 16384)
If I change this start range Value into
65525 (65535 - 10), that would mean that there will remain only 10 ports to open for VoIP phone ?
would there be an impact on the service ?
