  • 1.  PureCloud Softphone terminates while provisioning

    No replies, thread closed.
    ​When launching PureCloud Softphone on our Windows 10 computer, the provisioning wizard starts and the then PureCloud Softphone suddenly terminates.  We try to uninstall and install but It still terminates when we start provisioning.

    Hello,

    I had this exact problem before, it was caused by the Windows username which had special character in its name.
