CCPA compliance
PureCloud customers can now use the PureCloud General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) API to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Use the PureCloud GDPR API to independently respond to CCPA requests for confirmation, access, and deletion of personal data that PureCloud collects and stores. PureCloud will complete CCPA requests through the GDPR API within two weeks of the initial request. For more information, see PureCloud and CCPA compliance.
