    Speechmorphing third-party TTS engine integration

    The Speechmorphing TTS engine is now available from Genesys AppFoundry. This integration expands language options and enables customers to select the most appropriate TTS voice for their organization. In addition, Architect can now integrate with the Speechmorphing TTS solution for text-to-speech playback on a per-flow basis. For more information, see About text-to-speech (TTS) engines.

    Deprecations

    WebRTC signaling deprecation

    On February 19, 2020, Genesys will remove the legacy service that provides data streams for WebRTC signaling, notifications, and screen recording in PureCloud. For more information, see Deprecation: WebRTC signaling.
