    Co-browse with Shift JIS encoding

    Developers can now deploy co-browse to Shift JIS encoded websites. This option allows agents to co-browse on websites that encode Japanese characters with Shift JIS. For more information, see Co-browse in the Developer Center and About co-browse in the Resource Center.
