Administrators and contact center managers can now use Architect's Set Wrapup Code action in chat, message, and email flows. Previously, this action was only available in inbound and outbound call flows. For more information, see Set Wrapup Code action.

PureCloud Embeddable Framework now enables companies to develop and deploy their own integrations to their PureCloud organization for private use. PureCloud Embeddable Framework uses the common framework shared with other PureCloud embedded clients.
