Unified search across PureCloud sites
Customers and partners can now search across all PureCloud sites from the Genesys Knowledge Network. The new unified search feature provides consolidated results from the PureCloud Resource Center, Developer Center, Training site, Community, and Blog. Results are delivered by category for easy content browsing. This feature is available on the Knowledge Network's PureCloud dashboard. Future enhancements include unified search for PureConnect and PureEngage.
