    Hello people,

    I have a doubt and would like your help:

    I already have a Purecloud 2 license in my environment, we are hiring a few Purecloud3 licenses, and I would like to know if I can have both licenses in the same ORG or do I have to have a different ORG for each type of licensing?

    Hi Gabriel

    It's my understanding you cannot mix 1/2/3 licenses but you can mix communicate + one of those.  What are you needing to go to GC3 licenses for?  It may be worth talking to your Genesys account rep as there are discussions taking place that are supposed to allow you to add certain modules from a higher license level without moving to the full higher level.

    No you have to have the same subscription, but you could add digital add-ons for many PC3 features.
