    ​Hi All,

    Does anyone use the PureInsights dashboards?

    We are having issues with multiple customers in the EMEA region where the "Agent Stat Grid" widget is blank and not showing any agents or data.  Has anybody had a similar issue?

    ​Thanks both, I was just asking the community as this has been escalated to me as this is affecting multiple customers and sites now.  I have been discussing with Richard internally and was interested to know if anybody else out there uses this widget with PureInsights and has experienced a similar issue

    We use it in EMEA (Dublin), but have not noticed any issues.
