    Hi Genesys Team,

    What is best practice if I wanted Genesys to push and pull a file to an SFTP (EFT) every 15 minutes? There are no API's just an SFTP. We're trying to monitor the activity tracking in our call flow every 15 minutes. The format for the results file needs to be fixed width. Thanks in advance.

    There are no file manipulation or tool currently in the API.  You will need to use and outside for that.

    What about pushing records into genesys contact lists? That can be done through API correct? You're just saying that we can't manipulate the data once in genesys correct?  Thanks Robert! I hope you're well sir.

    Yes you can manipulate contact lists, data tables, and external contacts through the API.
