With Salesforce and Microsoft pushing their own contact center solutions, the standard CTI interface is very hard to sell and does not demo well. We have had much better luck with our OneView product (shameless plug), so if you are selling against Salesforce or Five9 etc, be sure to show OneView as it shows even better than Salesforce Omnichannel

I rewatched a Q&A from a couple of years ago where Richard walked through the SF integration. In it he mentioned potentially doing another Q&A at some point showing the integration of Genesys Cloud Chat to SF but leveraging Einstein and SF Knowledge. Was that followup Q&A ever done?
