We are new to Journey Management but have been waiting to use it with our Inbound voice flows.
I've seen the intro videos, and this looks like a great tool to augment our Milestone data in Architect.
It seems that Journey Management has it's own designer, is there a way to add Journey Management into an already built inbound voice flow ?
I'd also like to understand if this is available with a CX3 license or is this capability just for CX4 tier ?
If just consumable for CX4, is there a path to upgrade some of our CX3 licenses (at minimal cost) or can we purchase Journey Management as an add on?
Finally, I am curious about reporting for this feature. Can this be seen from Performance>Workspace or is the conversion information only available in the Journey Management UI ?
