    Hey Matt.  Looking for some assistance on reporting:

    1. Survey reporting summaries for NPS results.  i.e. how can you get the average score of multiple completed surveys as we are getting the average score on the CSAT question but not the NPS question on the same survey.  It also doesnt appear to be able to allocate any points when building.
    2. Pulling out of the QA data - which questions have the highest level of failure on by group of agents.

    A big one for me is: 

    How to report on digital with the current metrics. 

    I have already raised an idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-1455 which is still yet to go on the roadmap so I would like to know how we are supposed to measure digital currently?
