I'll avoid the temptation to ask them "what does Marsellus Wallace look like?" :)  But here's maybe a controversial one.  "What keeps them in the Genesys space as opposed to looking at or moving into other contact centre platforms?".

Better if you phrase the question with "What keeps you excited about Genesys Cloud and continuing to be an advocate for the platform?"

Yes maybe.  Although what I'm after is some personal anecdotes or commentary as opposed to what can sometimes come across as "canned responses" ;)
