Genesys Cloud - Main

I'm trying to add wrap-up codes to the matching criteria of an evaluation policy, but they don't appear in the list. We were previously able to select wrap-up codes, however it appears that it is no longer recognizing that we have wrap-up codes setup. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
