  • 1.  QM: Selection of evaluations limited to a specific period

    Hello everyone,

    We have an issue at our client regarding the selection of evaluations. Our policy for interaction selection is set to 'Evaluations selected per Agent,' where we specify that for each agent should select two evaluations per week. We are encountering that some interactons were selected but from the previous month. Does anyone know if there is a way to limit this setting so that it only selects interactions from the previous day or the current week and avoiding selects from the previous month?

    If anyone has a similar issue or knows how to resolve, we'll appreciate very much.

    I have the same issue. I have selected a certain number per month and would like them to refresh on the first of the next month, but it still pulls from the month before. I wonder if there has been an idea created for this if it is not available?
