Adding to the previous answers, I think a good way to prepare for certifications such as GCX/GCP is to follow a layered learning path, starting with the platform fundamentals and then moving into more specific modules.
In my view, an interesting study order would be:
1.Genesys Cloud Platform and Collaborate
2.Communicate and Telephony
3.Contact Center Administration
4.Architect and Scripts
5.Outbound, Quality Management, and WFM
6.Reporting and Analytics
For me, the best approach is to always combine Genesys Beyond and the Genesys Help/Resource Center. Beyond is very useful for courses, learning paths, and structured content, while the Help/Resource Center complements it with official documentation, configuration details, expected behaviors, and practical examples.
I also think hands-on practice is essential. Watching the content helps, but configuring, testing, making mistakes, and simulating real scenarios makes a big difference.
