Good Morning,

I just tested this in our production environment, we are not seeing what you are experiencing.  We have a comment box for our evaluators with the wording of "overall evaluation comments and the agent still is showing as "agent comments".  

I tested again this morning - ours is still saying 'supervisor' Hoping there is someone on the Genesys team that can assist with getting it back to 'evaluator'
