Kaio is correct. Currently there does not appear to be anything on the roadmap related to that. However, it looks like there are several ideas marked as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend checking those ideas out, voting, commenting on them so that our Product team knows that you would like to see this functionality in Genesys Cloud!

Good afternoon, I thought this had been discussed prior but am unable to locate it. I am asking about the Evaluators/Agent Evaluations/Calibration Evaluations dashboards that are very limited in use. Are these getting updated? Is it on the roadmap? More functionality and the ability to export this data would be outstanding. Anyone else have thoughts on changes that are needed for this?
