Hi Team- Hoping for some help...
There is a ton of interest from executives and non-contact center staff to view/listen to interactions (does not have to be live monitoring). Is there a set of permissions I can give them without using up CX 3 licenses? We have about 50 administrative personnel eating up our contact center seats. I modified the Quality Evaluator role, but it still says it requires the CX3 License.
Appreciate any feedback you may have on how you license executives or give marketing teams specific access. Thanks!
