  • 1.  Quality - Only show the users with correct permission in whole platform

    Quality Everywhere you can select or see 'Evaluator(s)' only show those users with the correct permission. 

    - Policies

    - Performance - Overview - Quality Admin. Under Evaluation Activity all users are shown... (in our case 120+ and only 10 with correct permission)

    - Reports

    - Manually add a Evaluation.. Also there all users are shown under 'Evaluator'

    And

    Performance - Overview - Quality Admin. Under Agent Activity show only Engage Users with at least 1 evaluation. Now all users are shown.
