  • 1.  Quality Policies with Work Teams

    We've been using policies for a few, this month we switched to using Work Teams instead of specific users.
    Using Work Teams, we see the same call delivered simultaneously to two different evaluators. 
    Users are only on one team. 

    Any ideas to remedy this?

    2nd question to this, I believe I know the answer but want to verify.
    The policy is set to deliver 3 calls per agent a month. When the policy delivers the call to 2 evaluators at the same, is the policy only counting it as
    1 call delivered or 2?  I believe 1 since it is assigning by agent.​
