Hi there,

I’ve been doing some tests with Quality Role Permissions in order to restrict access to annotations between users.

And so, I noticed that the permissions “Recording > Annotation > … ” have as conditions types “User” and “Evaluation Evaluator”.

Can you tell me what’s the difference between “User” and “Evaluation Evaluator” in this permission?

Hello,

The User attribute is any user who was on the associated conversation. For example, maybe the conversation included multiple agents. If you set the condition so that User equals "Current User", then both of those agents would have the permission.

Evaluation Evaluator, however, is only the user who performed the evaluation. If you set the condition to Evaluation Evaluator equals Current User, then the agents would not have the permission, but the evaluator would.
