  • 1.  query api for the agent group that answered a call in queue (conversation)

    I'm trying to find how to query the API for the agent group the answering agent was part of (the group that "answered" the call).

    Hi Shaul

    Perhaps you could look at the "conversation calls history" API and use the group option get that information.

    It doesn't seems that this shows the agent group.

    Does any one knows if this information is even collected?
