  • 1.  Query on PureCloud New Release- Upgrades to customers

    Please confirm whether a PureCloud customer will have a period in which they can remain on the existing release/feature – before they are forced to upgrade to the new release. Please confirm what notice period is provided before an application/ feature or product change is enacted?

    PureCloud provides follows a continuous delivery approach with a single release that is delivered to all customers. Please see https://help.mypurecloud.com/faq/can-opt-update/ for further information.

    When new capabilities are delivered it is possible that they may not be available to specific customers due to licensing or permissions. For example in the latest Q&A Show we discussed WhatsApp. This requires PureCloud 3 licensing and would also need to be configured for it to be available.
