Hi,
We need to know if it is possible to generate a query to be able to extract by the call queues by interval and export all the fields that come in yield --> queue activity --> yield and also to extract the abandonment times of 5-10 seconds, 10-20 s etc

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for, but using the Dev Tools Analytics Query Builder is a good way to test out queries. You can review the Analytics metrics and dimensions to see what data points are available.
