  • 1.  Query regarding firewall ports for BYOC On prem solution

    Hello Everyone,
     
    We are having Genesys BYOC Premises solution, Agents are working from remote location and using web Proxy solution. Agents are facing intemittent connection issues with Genesys cloud.
    We were troubleshooting this issue from network side and want to confirm which all ports needs to open from client subnet and found couple of links:
    In the link: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ports-and-services-for-webrtc-phones-under-byoc-premises/ there are no requirement mentioned from user towards Edge devices. But in the link: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ports-and-services-for-genesys-cloud-clients/ there it is mentioned to open towards the Genesys edge. So can you please clarify on this as we are having major packet drops.
     
    Also in the doc-https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ports-and-services-for-webrtc-phones-under-byoc-premises/ its written,
    WebRTC signaling and WebRTC Media services needs to be opened towards destination (Genesys Cloud Media Tier, Genesys Cloud, Amazon AWS)
    So question is,
    1. Here Amazon AWS means all the ip ranges specific to our region mentioned in this sheet- https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json
    2. Genesys Cloud media tier means the 3 CIDR's?
    3. What are the destination for Genesys cloud- no ip or FQDN are mentioned
