    Hi,

    I'm looking for a way of querying Genesys for all email interactions containing attachments. 

    Is there a way to do this?

    The closest I've got is using the content search to limit interactions to those containing the text "attached"...

    Not in any of the views out of the box, but if in your Email flow, you use Count(Email.Message.attachments)>0 and set either a wrap-up code or an External Tag, you could then filter for Emails that have attachments.  Let me know if you need further assistance or sample flow.
