Hi,
We want to query how many callback requests we currently have in a queue to determine whether a callback option will offered to customer (as in, if there's more than 50 callback requests, then don't offer any more callback option) which API should we be using?
We tried querying from this endpoint: /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query, but it returns 0 request when we actually have 2 callback requests in the queue.

That's the correct endpoint. If you are sure there are callbacks in the queue specified in your filter and it's returning 0, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate the incorrect data.
