    Hello Community,

    is it possible to set several external tags  from architect inbound flow for one conversation, and them receive them all in the conversation details report?

    Irina - the external_tag is a 36-char string inside of which you can put as many KPIs as you can fit.  That data will be attached to teh conversation and available in our interactions view.  Please note that while we'll take all the data, we only support exact match search in analytics so your users would need to know exactly what they need to search for.

    We are working separately to develop a new search endpoint that will support search for custom attributes.  No timeframe yet but it is an active project we're working on with the analytics team.

    Hi @Chris Bohlin, It would be good to know if there is a known timeframe to deliver the "custom attribute" search functionality. Also any idea if the search for the External Tag is moving to a partial match anytime soon.
