  • 1.  Question about Genesys Beyond course expiration date

    Hello,

    I was trying to retake a Genesys Beyond course that I took last year. I still have an active subscription but the course says it is expired and has a lock on it. How do I go about reregistering for the self study? I want to review it since I am working on getting my professional certificate.

    If you still have an active susbcription they might need to refresh your account.
