Good evening!
Just a quick question guys. What does the COMMUNICATING routing status mean for users. I initially thought it meant that the user is on an internal call/video call as opposed to being on an ACD call (INTERACTING).
But when I tried it, the API returned INTERACTING so not sure when a user will have the COMMUNICATING status.
