    How does Genesys Cloud determine if information needs masking or not?
    What does Genesys Cloud use kind of algorithm is for checking?

    The masking is based on international standards for PII and PCI.  The actual fields are listed here:  Enable automatic redaction of sensitive information - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  What I have asked the PM to consider is a check box next to each of the fields when enabled to choose what fields will be masked.  Also, they are working on REGEX masking.  This feature is really great, especially when used to identify recordings with PCI data so you can delete the recording.

    Thank you, Robert! I don't know the algorithm to discover the various PIIs, but I believe Genesys Cloud is based on PII and PCI international standards.
