    Hi Folks,

    I'm trying to clarify something about the Agent Copilot Wrap Code Prediction feature.

    How many wrap-up codes are predicted/suggested when enabled in Agent Copilot?

    I vaguely remember reading that it predicts/ suggests upto three wrap-up codes, but I'm not entirely sure. If anyone has documentation confirming this or could share their experience using this feature, it would be greatly appreciated!
