Greetings Kelly,
The current target GA for the Associate rebrand release is the end of June, I do not have an firm date just yet, but as development completes we will release more information along with that exact date so you can inform your users what to expect and when.
Dark mode is controlled by the iOS and Android system settings, not by the apps themselves, which is now standard development practice. Here are links to the respective settings for each OS:
Hope this helps,
Randy

Hi @Randall Ferguson,
- Is there a target date for this release yet?
- Are you able to provide screen shots and steps on how a user would turn on/off dark mode? On page 3, you show the Settings menu however, I don't see a setting for this feature.
Thanks!

Great questions, Kelly.
- When the rebrand launches, the iOS and Android apps will both have the same hamburger menus, with the presence icon at the bottom of the side bar. A big part of this rebrand is creating a shared experience between iOS and Android, rather than the disjointed UIs today.
- Android's current settings menu will be replaced with the updated blue sidebar menu.
- You are correct, presence will now be updated through the sidebar menu by tapping the user icon; once a new state is selected the user will be automatically returned to the sidebar menu.
- The updated app replaces the Done button with an X icon to close the settings menu. Good catch on the version number, my screenshots are in-development simulations and I didn't scrub that version element.
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Randy

Hi @Randall Ferguson,
I have a few questions regarding page 3 of your document:
- It states that a sidebar can be accessed via a hamburger menu.
- Android currently has the hamburger however iPhone currently has a Presence icon to access the Setting menu. Will this icon remain or will it be changed to a hamburger menu?
- Android currently has a gray sidebar menu which I assume is called the Settings menu. Will this be replaced with the new blue sidebar menu?
- The new blue sidebar will contain the Presence icon at the bottom.
- I assume you click on this icon and are redirected to the Status menu?
- Once you select your Status and click the Done button are you redirected back to the Sidebar?
- For iPhone, in current state the Settings menu has a Done button. In future state has the Done button been replaced with an "X"? I just want to confirm since the image for your future state has a lower version code then the current state image.
Thank you

Greetings Kelly,
The Associate mobile app is targeted for general availability in mid-June 2026. There will not be a limited availability phase; the update will be released broadly via the app stores. Organizations and users can choose when to adopt the update based on their app store settings, allowing flexibility in rollout and internal communications.
I've attached a brief overview document with side-by-side current and future state screenshots, along with a summary of the changes. As outlined, this is primarily a visual and navigation update with no impact to core functionality or user workflows.
