  • 1.  Questions on User Settings Menu UI Changes

    Posted 4 days ago
    Hi,

I'm reaching out regarding the announcement about the upcoming User Settings Menu UI changes.

I have a few clarification questions:

    1. What is the target release date for these changes?

    2. Will there be a beta or early adoption option available for customers who want to test and prepare in advance?

These types of UI changes have a direct impact on agents' daily workflows, so having early access would really help us better understand the user experience and prepare accordingly. Even a couple of additional clicks can create friction and potentially impact efficiency.

    3.  If there is no beta planned, will there be a demo video or side-by-side comparison (old vs. new UI per menu item) to help with training and documentation updates?

Appreciate any additional details the team can share. Thank you!

    Hi Rainbow,

I had the same questions as you.  I had reached our Technical Account Manager (TAM) and they were able to provide me with the attached slide deck that shows current and future state.

I agree with your statement below and along with that we also will need to update training documentation. Can we please get an anticipated go live date for this UI change. I'd like to be able to inform our agents prior to go live so they know what to expect.
