Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
I am currently reviewing our security requirements,
and I would appreciate some clarification regarding the upcoming deprecation of certain cryptographic algorithms by 2030.
If possible, could you please provide any available information on the points below?
①Are any of the algorithms scheduled for 2030 deprecation currently used within Genesys Cloud?
List of algorithms:
PSEC-KEM【224】
RSA-KEM【2048】
RSA-OAEP【2048】
ECDHE【224】
DHE【2048】
ECAO【224】
ESIGN-PSS【2112】
RSA-PSS【2048】
ECDSA【224】
RSA PKCS#1 v1.5【2048】
DSA【2048】
SHA-224
HMAC-SHA1
HMAC-RIPEMD-180
HMAC-MD5
②Is there a planned migration away from these algorithms?
③If a migration plan exists, does it include moving directly to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)?
④Is there an estimated timeline for completing the transition from the deprecated algorithms?
⑤If no migration plan is currently in place, is there an expected timeframe for developing one?
⑥If there is no specific planning schedule yet, could you share any background or reasoning?
⑦Does Genesys Cloud have a roadmap for PQC adoption?
⑧If so, is there any timeline currently being considered for PQC support?
Your support is greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
