We currently have 100+ queues. Is there a way you would be able to activate and deactivate all queues at the same time rather than just doing it one by one? I know you are also able to do this in Agents but again you have to tick the queues one by one. It can be very time consuming for the agents when really you could just have a two buttons "activate all queues" and "deactivate all queues" on the which queues are you working on page.

Please let me know your thoughts folks.

    Hi Lee,
Do you give agents the permissions to activate/deactivate  their Q's.
I noticed that you don't need to click the Ok/Reload pop-up for every Q you activate/deactivate.
The agent can just keep clicking down the line of Qs and ignore the message. This may help speed it up?

    Hi Keith,

We do give permission to agents as they would either log into certain queues they have been assigned to that day or log into all queues. If they have been logged into all queues the day before and then been instructed to go on into certain queues the next day they have to deactivate all their queues (100+). So the problem is more to do with clicking deactivate and activate on each individual queue.

I would create a small web service and a client add-in that allows agents to choose one, many, or all of the queues they are assigned and then use this to bulk update those selections:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/routing/#patch-api-v2-users--userId--queues.

Alternatively, I created this idea for you:  Have a Select All or Activate All for | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

I just remembered that in My Interactions if you click on Queue Activation, you can select and deselect queues.

Yeah I'm aware of it but again its ticking them off one by one. It would be great though if at the top of that list there was a tick all option or a deselect all option.
