2 questions - Are their plans to be able to see agents aggregated across multiple queues? what are the plans to filter on multiple attributes to see agents within this view. there is a customer right now that we have that does a great deal of dispatching and they need the ability to look at agents availability, skill, etc. across multiple queues.
