    Looking for some insight. 

    The Queue Activity Detail view is not showing all agents in queue unless they filter by On Queue+Off Queue.  Does anyone know why this is happening?  Screenshots of with and without filters.

    Hi Shelby...We had the same issue as well. It only happened to one of our agent. To get them without the filter I had inactive the agent account then activate it again.

    Hello Shelby!  This issue would be something worth pursuing with support.  This is an indication that a cache may be out of sync on the backend side which is why Justin's suggestion below fixes it.  Inactivating/activating essentially sticks them back in the cache to get things back in sync.  Support can help you navigate information to gather to see if we can identify a bug that prevents this from reoccurring.
