    I do not look at this view very often, but one of our clients has noticed a change and I am not seeing when it was pushed out. Can anyone confirm that this has indeed changed. 

    Performance> Queue Activity 
    The top bar has now changed to be hidden and you have to expand it out and choose queues to see summarized details. 

    Granted, it looks like they can now save a view for this, but now they have to go create a view. ;) Would be great if the initial expand out of the view includes all of the queues, like it used to.

    I haven't found specific information on the expand/collapse summary info control, but I see enhancements for that view released in February through September this year.

    I didn't notice it because the summary stats are expanded by default when I log into the Web UI (Chrome) and select Queues Activity. Same in the Desktop app.

    From what I can tell, it now only expands out if you have filtered by queues on your view. By default, if you have no queues selected it seems to be hidden. Again, I never really look at this, so it could have been this way the whole time, however, the client assures me it was recently changed.

    It looks as though that change was released on or around February 6, 2019, so it is not a new change. There was a change recently to auto-close it if no queues are filtered as it serves no purpose and takes up space, which is a common complaint among users. That may be the change they've noticed.
