Good day,
could you please advise if it is possible to group Queue's together to enable total stats?

1. SalesQ1
2. SalesQ2
3. SalesQ3
4. SalesQ4
5. SalesQ5
6. SalesQ6

above are sample Queue's and i would like to group these into Queue - SalesQ and get total stats on all the sub Queue's combined

1. Offered
2. Answered
3. Abandoned

In Performance > Queues Activity, click the Performance tab.

Top left, use the search field to add the queues you want to group.

Then, click View as group to the right of the listed queues
