    Hi Michael,

    You can find the QueueID in the URL address bar of the web application after you have clicked on a given queue through the Admin menu (shown below):

    https://apps.mypurecloud.com.au/directory/#/admin/admin/organization/_queuesV2/4a0d67d6-57eb-4d96-9b86-66aec8d0fff4/routing

    Did you know you have access to object properties when working with variables in Architect? In the attached image is an example of where I access the property of variable I created earlier for working with the queue.
