    Hi All,

    I'm wondering why the queue doesn't have option to create a "membership rule" like Group Membership Rule?

    Nice feature; please create an idea. 
    We are also planning to update queues to include Groups as a Whole.  Instead of picking individual Agents within the Group to add into a Queue, users shall add Groups as an entity. This will provide a similar feature.
